CCIA Media Briefing Thursday On EU Consumer Broadband Surveys

A week before the European Commission is expected to adopt a telecommunications Regulation, CCIA is releasing two consumer surveys it commissioned on switching costs and broadband consumption. The studies offer details on what services create demand for higher speed access and why rules may be needed to ensure hundreds of millions of Europeans have recourse when Internet access providers block or prioritise content.
