Washington — The Computer & Communications Industry Association welcomes the Senate reconfirmation of Brendan Carr, as well as the unanimous confirmation of Geoffrey Starks, as commissioners of the Federal Communications Commission. These confirmations fill the five-seat panel, which had been operating at a deficit since Mignon Clyburn stepped down in mid-2018.
