Alex is Senior Policy Manager in the Brussels office of the Computer & Communications Industry Association. His focus is on EU digital policies concerning platform regulation, content and regulatory policy matters.
Prior to joining CCIA, Alex worked as an independent advisor on legal and public affairs issues. Before that he worked at the Brussels office of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), where he was leading advocacy and engagement regarding the Digital Single Market Strategy (copyright reform, AVMS, sat-cab, geo-blocking, digital contracts, IPR) and he was the contact person for EMEA on commercial-business issues. Previously he worked at Sky in the regulatory, legal and EU Affairs departments in Rome, Milan and Brussels.
Alex holds a Master’s Degree cum laude in public law from the LUISS Guido Carli University (Italy) and he is qualified to practice as a lawyer since 2012 (Corte d´Appello di Roma).
