Keir is a Policy Counsel at the Computer & Communications Industry Association where he focuses on issues related to privacy, security, and emerging technology. Prior to joining CCIA, Keir managed the Program on Data and Governance at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He was previously a fellow at ZwillGen and Access Now.
He received his J.D. in 2015 from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was a Student Attorney in the Institute for Public Representation: Communications and Technology Law clinic and a Senior Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Florida.
